Our last post on The Fry Bar was one of our very first, so it is due time for an update, especially since they now have a new name, logo, Facebook page and Twitter handle.

You can still enjoy The Fry Bar’s original Parmesan, Garlic and Rosemary- garlic is sliced horizontally, then placed in the fryer with fresh Rosemary sprigs and the fries. The piping hot threesome are then generously coated with Parmesan. But there have also been some additions to the menu including: Thyme, Goat Cheese and Garlic; Cilantro, Cotija and Chile Powder; Basil Asiago and Garlic.

Feeling crazy? You can opt to top your fried potatoes with Brisket Chile, Roasted Pork Butt, Truffle Mushroom Gravy, or even Crawfish Etouffe. Also choose from a variety of homemade sauces, including: Rosemary and Roasted Red-Pepper Ketchup; Calabrese Chili Aioli; Guacamoleo or Basil and Cherry Pepper Mayo.

You can find The Fry Bar at various festivals and outdoor events in New Orleans, like NOLA Drive-in, Freret Market and the Palmer Park Arts Market.

Follow The Fry Bar on Facebook and Twitter (@thefrybarNOLA).

Hope to see you at Street Fare Derby on September 24th at the Fair Grounds! Buy online in advance and save $5.
